On Monday,29th January 2024,The University of Nairobi newly appointed Chancellor , Prof. Patrick Verkooijen was  welcomed by the  University Community   through an elaborate tour and engagement meetings with the University top management, staff and students.

The University of Nairobi held its Annual Staff Awards and Recognition Ceremony 2023 at the iconic Taifa Hall on Friday 24th November 2023.

The ceremony marked the culmination of a year of outstanding performance by UoN staff, with all the  ten faculties achieving the "Very Good" grade in the performance evaluation reports. The results underscore the university's commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
